There was a big turn-out to celebrate the publication of Jimmy Mulville’s new book, There’s Gonna Be A Show, the latest in the Football Shorts series under the Floodlit Dreams umbrella.
The magnificent setting of St Giles-in-the-Fields Church in Central London witnessed Jimmy in conversation with FD founder Ian Ridley before taking questions from a highly engaged audience of family, friends and sports book lovers.
Also making welcome appearances were Football Shorts authors, Julie Welch, David Winner and Jane Purdon, the latter of whom, along with Seth Burkett as partners in FD, ran the event superbly on the night.
